Born and raised in Chicago, Julie Bergmann spent many years in the flooring and commercial furniture industry before turning her focus and commitment to commercial property management. During her 12 years in commercial administration and as an onsite property manager, she earned her reputation for providing outstanding service to investors, owners and tenants alike.

Here, it is more personal”, she says. “And helping someone find the rental that is perfect for them can be fun. Every day is different.”
Julie was a volunteer for many years with the USO in Chicago. She is an avid reader, and is the proud “mom” of an English Bulldog, Dempsey. She also has adult-two legged children, whom she is impatiently waiting for them to make her a grandma someday.
